My 3-year green card anniversary passed actually in 2022, so I was eligible to apply much sooner. I just didn’t put in the paperwork until now.

I got my invite for interview:   Applied: Dec 05 Biometrics waived: Dec 05 Interview notification: Feb 04 Interview Date: March 12 Location: Portland

Had the interview this morning. I waited about an hour for my interview but otherwise it went smoothly and I got approved. My oath ceremony was immediately scheduled on February 29th.

I don't think they mean anything. They're just numbers (just like their processing times).  The more accurate timeline is folks from the same field office.
