My husband has his police certificate which lists an arrest 12 years ago with the outcome ( paying a fine ) does he also need to bring the court record in regards to this? I was told it may be helpful , it is it mandatory ? Our interview is coming up real soon and we may not have rind to get a copy of his court record. I’ve never seen anything specifically list a certificate and court record . appreciate any input

If you have ever been arrested for a crime in any jurisdiction:  Court and/or law-enforcement documents that clearly reflect the offense(s) with which you were charged and the final disposition of the case(s), and a photocopy.

Thank you for that link .I've seen that when doing research.. The police cetificate we had to produce for our DS260 states on it the type of crime , date, and the outcome (he had to pay a fine) I was hoping that would be enough .It's such a huge hassle to try procur any type of govt. paperwork in that country.

Do you think it is ?  You’re such a wealth of knowledge on this site . Worse comes to worse we’ll be told we have to produce it .  More time 😞

If it clearly shows the offence and the outcome, that meets the requirement.
