Hello Fam. Please any idea on how long it takes the USCIS to approve form I-130 online spousal visa and move it to NVC stage. What's the minimum and maximum wait time?

From anywhere between one day to never. That's the theoretical minimum and maximum.

In case this  helps to give you our process...

Ours was approved in 11 months. We were just approved end of June this year. It was at NVC within a couple of days. Once we submitted all our NVC forms/paperwork we were DQ in less than 2 weeks. Once DQ’d our interview was scheduled out about 2 months (UK).

But like someone else said, it could be anytime there are not limits.

As a practical matter expect it to be about a year.

If you have 5 mins to fill in your timeline it will help when answering your questions, but also (more importantly) add to the data on VJ so that others may benefit in the future - i.e. the link that you've been given above by Crazy Cat.
