Me and my husband are Muslims. However, my husband has 2 kids outside of marriage. Can this be a problem for visa officer at the time of interview? I am the applicant

Do you mean that he has them from another wife that he is still with?

Well, you have given very little information - nothing about country, circumstances, whether he plans to bring the children, etc.

 

But just having children from a prior relationship shouldn't be a problem.

You do have to list all children on the petition and later on the ds 260

This is really not an issue, since "HE" is the petitioner and you are the visa applicant.  His children may or may not ever get mentioned depending on their ages. If they are under age at the time the affidavit of support is provided, they will be "counted" but not mentioned by name.
