ZQT3344: don't start seeing conspiracy theories targeted to August filers and RFEs! For as long as I've been reading this forum and preparing for the next step, I have ALWAYS seen people posting about receiving RFEs for things already included in the packet, whether it be for medical exam ot sponsor/co-sponsor paperwork. This is NOT unique to those of us filing in August.

My NOA1 was 09/24, completed biometrics in San Francisco 10/4.

I am signed up for email updates, do you get email updates every time your record is touched? Does the online system keep a log of each event that you can see? Thanks

The only way Ive seen that my cases have been touched is when the date changes on the last updated section.

I haven't received emails when this happens, as I dont think theres anything new to report, they are just having a looksee or something. My cases were 'touched' 2 days running after my RFE was received, but no news.

We have not received an email every time our record is touched since a touch does not necessarily indicate that a significant action -- or one the customer needs to know about and perhaps act upon -- has been taken.

The online system shows the date of the last touch, and when you click on the case number, it shows the current status. The system does not show a running log of dates and actions taken.

Finally the check is cashed.

Received at Chicago Lockbox on 6 aug, and the check was cashed on 3 Oct.

Fingers crossed Ajames..soon!!!!!!, I thought Id slowed things right down with the RFE, but perhaps not.

My mother would be so proud to see me getting so excited about going to work...lol

Received EAD card on Sept 28th.

I have still not received NOA 1 for my AOS application since July. I did receive my biometrics appointment and that was completed in Sept.

Should I call and enquire on why I havent received a NOA for my AOS application???

Hey my card was approved on Sept 26 and i got the EAD card on mail today...

that was really fast....

Yippee! I just got an email from CRIS that they ordered the production of my EAD card. That's great, I just hope it will come in the mail soon. My temporary 90-day work permit stamped in my passport expired only 2 weeks ago. I was expecting a longer limbo. No touches on AOS since 9/18 which was because of the Bio appt.

I hope everybody is doing well. Keep us posted on your progress!

Hi! I great morning news....I got an email from CRIS that my EAD card has been ordered...finally now I can get my drivers license for starters It says 30 days but realistically how many days does it take to come in the mail? No touches on AOS after Sept 24..ie after the biometrics.
