Sent off RFE on Tuesday and now know they have just received it. Lets hope my case can continue processing and I can get my ead soon. I feel desperate because of possible job offer coming my way. Congrats to you Tonyeck

I think I forgot to post in this topic that I received my AP papers last Tuesday.

Also worth noting is that while my EAD card's production was supposedly ordered on September 27, I still haven't received it. I got an email on October 9 saying that they sent me an approval notice for my EAD, but that's all. Guess I'll get that tomorrow or this Monday or Tuesday...

I mailed off my RFE today with delivery confirmation. Hopefully they'll continue processing it soon, and fingers crossed I get my biometrics appointment letter soon and I wish I could track it online, but my case numbers still aren't recognised.

Hellooo,

Well our case has been updated and transfered to California service center on Oct 11th. Will received notice in the mail soon. I wonder if this a good thing with respect to the possiblity of no interview or just the misery of waiting longer. Well we're in for the ride and no way to take a short cut.

We filed our AOS,AP,and EAD on August 28th. But we still have not even gotten our 1st NOA and last I checked the checks were not even cashed yet. This is BS. Anyone else in the same situation? Thanks

Same for us. I believe it's on the way, just don't know if they'll send it to our house or PO box (they've done both). Is the approval notice the actual card?

Do you know what date your package was received? I know there are a few people who filed in the beginning of September (Check out September Filers thread) and I believe they are still waiting too. If you have a tracking number that says what date it was delivered then maybe you could make an infopass appointment to enquire into what's happening with your package.

Yay!!! Received NoA for I-485 and I-765 today FINALLY!! Date of Notice 10-10-07 - only took 2 days to get to me.

I'm so releaved! This is the 2nd time for me going through this process due to a severe postal error. I only can pray that everything goes smoothly this time around.
