Our AOS petition was moved to the CSC as well. Is this good? Bad? Will it actually speed things up? We haven't heard a thing about the EAD or even his AP request since the NOA. It's looking more and more like we'll be getting AOS first. (So why did we waste the money for the EAD/AP? Arghh.)

Our AOS petition was moved to the CSC as well. Is this good? Bad? Will it actually speed things up?

Typically applications are sent to California because they're straightforward and don't need an interview... so it may be a good thing. The dudes looking at your file in California may also decide that you do need an interview and send it to your local office.

We haven't heard a thing about the EAD or even his AP request since the NOA. It's looking more and more like we'll be getting AOS first. (So why did we waste the money for the EAD/AP? Arghh.)

I see you sent your application on August 10th... so you didn't waste any money! You sent a check for $1010 right? EAD and AP are included in those $1010, so whether you applied for them or not makes no difference, you still would have paid the same amount.

Checked online status and my husband AOS has been moved to CSC.

Welcome to the club! Mine was transferred too 2 days ago.

Our AOS petition was moved to the CSC as well. Is this good? Bad? Will it actually speed things up? We haven't heard a thing about the EAD or even his AP request since the NOA. It's looking more and more like we'll be getting AOS first. (So why did we waste the money for the EAD/AP? Arghh.)

Well, after sitting at NBC for 4 months, I didn't expect a transfer at all. I do hope too that it's good for us because as far as I know, they process cases in the order they receive them. Hopefully, they won't think we really need an interview and send our petitions back to our respective local offices. That would mean more delays...

Hehe. Sorry -- that last comment was a total "Duh!" moment on my part. For some reason, I keep thinking that we filed before the fee increase.

AOS petition was touched today, so I'm assuming that the CSC must have just received it. It's not even about getting US citizenship status or anything with us...we just need a second income coming in. Arghhh.

Congtrats to all of you who have been approved. I received my ead today which is good as I started a new job on Monday (they allowed me to start knowing my card was iminent). I just need to tell them I am 13 weeks pregnant, oh well. I haven't had any touches on my aos since 18th Oct. I wish my case was sent to csc.

Hey guys

I am getting a little freaked right now. When i call to see about my applacation they cant tell me anything about it and when i ask about why i can veiw it online they give me the run around about you need to wait 90 days WELL!!!! i have waited the 90 days then they give me someother lame answ about you need to wait 30 days after you get your NOA well got that back in Aug. EERRR Please tell me some of you are still having the online issues i see alot of people getting interview notices. Is anyone out of the Va area having the same problem ?

Congratulations to those approved their AOS and to those still waiting I hope you hear something soon :yes: .

I've been waiting 3 1/2 for this happen ( and to hell and back) and now my attorney has received a letter from the Immigration Judge to say my removal proceedings have been terminated. I'm really happy as he expects my interview to be in approx 3 months (in Detroit)- then I can go home for the first time since 2004.
