I really need guidance in how to get my siblings to the USA to join me after impacted by the current war in Sudan?
urgent help is appreciated

Unfortunately there is not an especial visa for your  siblings case.

You can read about refugee visa, but my advice is if they are in danger the best and fast solution is prova find a near country. US immigration is not a simple and fast process.

Like @Boiler said, if you use a normal process for siblings visa, they waiting time right now is 15+ years.

Just a fact: In 2023 at least 32 countries currently in war and conflicts and not all countries had gained US immigration benefits.

I’m really sorry about your family situation. I hope they can find a safe place ASAP!!

Good Luck

Refugees are handled by the UNHCR. https://www.unhcr.org/africa/

Thank you so much for reaching out. Thankfully they are now in Egypt they did register with UNHCR, the problem is the waiting time for getting interviewed!!.

Yes, I agree the process is tedious. Though its an endless war but till now nothing new in immigration to expedite anything.

appreciate you much

The important thing is that they are safe

You make it sound like you have filed for them?

Not sure what you mean by immigration legislation, there is nothing I can think of.
