Hello. i just got approved(USC IR1 Spouse PH beneficiary) and still waiting for my welcome letter from NVC but I want to get ahead and prepare my self to fill up the forms. I'm not sure of this is the right section but my question is:

I'm reading ahead about the DS-260 sample forms and I noticed some parts about spouse and children.

My situation is I've been here staying in the Philippines since 2018 and living together with my wife and my child.

my kid is already a US Citizen via CRBA and have US passport.

I still have strong ties in the US(house, DL, banks etc).

I Would like to know how to fill this up?

is your spouse immigrating to the us with you?

How should I answer this? should I answer NO? since me the petitioner is already a US citizen and will sure to travel with her along with my kid to the USA.

is your child immigrating with you?

How should I answer this? should I answer NO? since my kid is already a US Citizen and have US passport will sure to travel with us back to usa.

thank you

It's not asking about whether the spouse/child will travel to the US. It is asking if they are immigrating to the US. Since a person cannot immigrate to a country they are a citizen of, the answer to both questions is 'no'.
