I want to apologize to TBoneTX.  After writing my above post, and after the edit time expired, I realized it my seem to some that I was implying that he was smuggling fentanyl across the border.  That certainly was not the case😉.  And since I had already been slapped by a mod for an innocent but truthful statement concerning my wife, I could not afford more severe penalties.

Miu again demanded brushing Many (2+2) times, hold-grudging miu consequent to our absence man.

Awoke groggy but semi-mobile courtesy of HSM, thankful for small blessings we man.

 

Got on ES trail by Many (2x2x2 +2) a.m., minor miracle man.

Considered lunching on road but thought better, Two Guys eve pending later man.

Returned to casa by 1 p.m., service demanding miu we man.

Lunch, at casa, was onecan beef stew, ingest we man.

 

Self-debated mow-lawning, heat then at 2 p.m. vs. mosquitoes later man.

Decided to seize the moment, pop pre-mow medicines and don attire we man.

Confirmed pick-up time with Mini-B., OK with wee man man.

There was zero breeze, geez Louise man.

Job took <1 hour but consumed Many (2+2) sweatbands, Many (2+1) for job 1 for recovery man.

Afterward, collapsed under ceiling-fan, cool off before shower we man.

Miu sat on our lap, opportunistic miu man.

We therefore had sweaty clothes sticking to us and miu-hair sticking to sweaty clothes,  man.

 

Showered in "coldest" (= not) water possible and lay under bedroom ceiling-fan, off-dry we man.

Decided to take brief siesta before Two Guys eve, sorely need zzz we man.

Only half an hour adequately rejuvenated us, amazing man.

 

Din-din was Subway* takeout, ingest Two Guys man.

     *bought WUOC, financially savvy we man

Caught up on inventory of funny Baba-Mails, Two Guys activity man.

Played basketball on now-shaded, now-mosquitoed back patio, Two Guys activity man.

Watched first half of NBA Finals game, engaged wee man.

Two bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys and apply to next Two Guys week man.

Neatly returned Mini-B. during halftime, good timing man.

High-Many'd (high-[2+2+1]'d) Mini-B., good Two Guys eve man.

 

From there, groceried at legacy supermarket, outrageously totally OUT of hot-dog buns man.

Returned to casa and ministered to demanding miu, feed/brush/play man.

 

Party with the rubias resumes tomorrow after hiatus, impatient rubias man.

Didn't get on the road till noon o'clock, egad man.

Attended all cited sites, sights to see man.

 

The ES was a dud, more "Do Not Enter" doors than stuff to sell so why even bother man.

One GS was a joke, expected man.

Another was phantom, if you advertise your hours then stay open that long, grrrr man.

Another had little that we wanted, expected man.

Another was just closing up but offering all leftovers for free, heaven man.

The Many'th was far larger than the others, some poetic justice man.

 

The final 2 GSs yielded the take, see man:

  -- NIP garage hoist = free, heavenly man

  -- swim-trunks for Mini-B. = $1, steal man

Din-din was nuked mixed vegetables + Gen. Tso's chicken from Costco, excellently ingest Two Guys man.

 

Mini-B. had a basketball class at the YMCA, baller wee man.

We sat in lobby but poked our eyeballs through the gym window, monitor wee man we man.

We saw Mini-B. hit a shot that was "nuthin' but net," proficient wee man.

 

Afterward, we returned to the casa to watch second half of NBA Finals game, watch Two Guys man.

Many (2+2) bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys man.

Nuggets won, pleased we because it was their first-ever man.

Mini-B. in tears, wanted Heat man.

We let him play some V.R. for a while, always up-cheering experience man.

Got him to bed at half an hour to midnight, way late but it's summer man.

 

Movie night planned for Tuesday, Two Guys man.

This is precisely backward from usual, oh well man.

 

Mini-B. wanted to go to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa (no one there) to play on his PSMany, bored wee man.

We went, intending to nap, that time of day man.

Mini-B.'s pillow too thin, bed had footboard, casa too hot, awful siesta man.

 

Din-din was 2 Hungry Man sliced-turkey frozen din-dins, ingest Two Guys man.

Movie night was 2 America's Dumbest Criminals + 1 The Twilight Zone, watch Two Guys man.

Many (2+2+1) bowls of Costco popcorn consumed, ingest Two Guys man.

That already makes Many (2x2x2 +2+1) for the week, double digits a snap man.

 

We watered semi-new Pittosporum plants by front window, din-din for mosquitoes we man.

Mini-B. is playing V.R. with his anonymous amigos, animated wee man.

The wife's grandchildren, ages 3 1/2 and 5 1/2, are coming down to be with us in the Keys for 5 days during the 4th of July holiday.

 

Does anyone have a good source for child size straight jackets?

Less than a year into suburban life, the 20 years old water heater was on its last leg (to be fair, it lasted twice as long as expected, and we did get the seller to accept a lower bid than asking price).

Miu 1 does not mind strangers and was friendly with the first plumber who did the inspection and just didn't care about the two plumbers who came to install the replacement tanks a couple of days later.

Miu 2 on the other hand... oh wow. Hid behind the washing machine all day when the inspectino took place. Peed next to Mr. 2's table that night. Behaved a bit better after the tank replacement, but reacquired his bad habit of trying to get into our bedroom and home office - I guess he's still afraid to be alone.

 

On the bright side the new tank is up to the new code (which requires having drainage in case it leaks) and should pay for itself... haha who am I kidding. But hopefully it will last at least 15 years.
