Healthcare.gov - what is "immigration status" if waiting for AOS?

My Fiance came here on K-1 visa and we got married, I am mailing the I-485(Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family Based Adjustment of Status) in a few days.

 

In the meantime, since we got married we can apply on healthcare.gov for coverage, but it is asking for her immigration status and i don't know what to put

• Withholding of Deportation or Withholding of Removal, under the immigration laws or under the Convention against Torture (CAT) — See note below.
• Cancellation of Removal or Suspension of Deportation with approved employment authorization
• Legalization under Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) with approved employment authorization

Note:

• Deferred Action Status (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)) isn't considered an eligible immigration status for applying for health coverage.
• Applicants for asylum or for withholding of deportation or removal under the immigration laws or under CAT are eligible for Marketplace coverage only if employment authorization has been granted, OR the person is under 14 and has had an application pending for at least 180 days.

Or individuals with approved employment authorization and these:

• Registry applicants
• Order of supervision
• Legalization under the LIFE Act
• Applicant for Temporary Protected Status
• Applicant for Cancellation of Removal or Suspension of Deportation
• Applicant for Legalization under IRCA

"Applicant for Adjustment," or, more concisely, "Adjustment Applicant," is the status.

I had asked an immigration lawyer this question, and the above was his answer.

can you also tell me what is the best document to submit? I have I-94, I-797 and unexpired foreign passport

I would select I-797

[ProbeGT 43]

See this post which also mentions this.  In your case, I would select I-797 since that is the immigration document until you get the physical GC.
