Hi. was your negative answer that they havnt received it from USCIS? I made a public inquiry on monday and got a reply today. They said they they havnt received my petition yet and that if its been at least six weeks from noa2 date (5/4/23) then i can send an email to nvcresearch and they will contact USCIS to find my petition. So i sent nvc research that email today. Im a little concerned but if there are other folks with similar noa2 dates still waiting for nvc to receive their petition then ill feel a little at ease.

Yep, the standard one that they haven't received yet and I should allow 60 days. It's all over the place to be fair, it's not in order, but seeing NOA2s so close to mine made me wonder if it's there already and I couldn't wait until next week to inquire. Fingers crossed our petitions were in the same batch. If not, all good and we'll try next week – this is already way faster than I was counting on!

Nobody truly knows what is going on but one thing is true. They are not kidding around when they say to wait 90 days. It is the most discouraging thing to hear when we have been waiting over a year.

Hi everyone, just to let you know that after inquiring again at NVC this week they confirmed our petiton is about to be entered into their system.

From what we heard from uscis it looks like they received it at about 42 days after NOA2. (NOA2 on 8 May)

Hopefully it will be sent to the Paris embassy very soon! crossing fingers again and wishing everyone luck !!

Congratulations 👏🏽

Such great news! Getting so fast! I was not ready for this haha congratulations!

On the other hand, I think I will need to wait until after the holiday to know about my petition. My public form inquiry on Monday was replied to today, but the reply talked about adoption and asking for certificates of adoption… I have no idea why, someone totally mixed up my case with another. I provided everything correctly plus the notice 🤡 Anyway, I’ll just submit another next week. Keep trying everyone!

Thank you! Hopefully the rest will be smooth and quick

Very strange, must be à mistake. If I were you, I would send an inquiry to the NVC research email. :)

Yay! I finally got a bit of good news. It makes me feel better knowing they at least have my petition.
