  1. Visa Interview scheduled for 21 Sept (with "AT NVC" and now US Embassy Packet) *I think you can only do this with Manila, PH Embassy. Just wanted to let you know. Slots going fast for this Embassy. Thanks to everyone for posting information about your process. It was very helpful. Hang in there. Don't stop. Be loving and patient during the LDR.
  2. Give them number of the headquarters or customer support number (if its a company). Give them supervisor's number if you have it. Get the number from old emails. Just some ideas.
  3. My fiance is a filipina too, where did you have your fiancee do the CFO? I thought the visa had to be done first.
  4. Where is that image from? And email or a site? How did you see status? Congrats 👏
  5. Well, said. You are absolutely right. Were you contacting asknvc@state.gov or nvcresearch@state.gov ?
  6. After looking at those with a NVC Case number who are months ahead of us, its been taking anywhere from 70 - 90 days to get a case number (from the time of NOA2 approval). I hope I'm wrong. The good news is it seems to go faster after you get the NVC case number. The time period of when you get the interview appointment depends on the Embassy. Some Embassies seem to be much faster than others. *note: I am just guessing by looking at average times from others recently approved.

  8. Just got confirmation from NVC Research that they received my USCIS package 📦 NOA1: April 2022 NOA2: May 19, 2023 NVC rec: July 5, 2023 NVC input: TBD Consulate rec: TBD Interview: TBD
  9. Nice. 40+ days. Once you get the case number you may be able to start to DS-160, medical and schedule the interview. Don't forget to send fiance updated intent to marry (signed by petitioner and beneficiary), I-134 (signed by petitioner), practice the interview questions.
  10. Use ChatGPT (or any AI) to create tailored realistic Embassy Interview Questions: PROMPT: act as a strict Immigrations officer at the US embassy in Manila. Ask questions of a K-1 visa beneficiary. After reviewing her file you see that she is 30 years old with a 12 year old. Her fiance is a US citizen who is about 48. He has been married twice.
  11. This is from chatgpt AI after I fed VisaJourney average time frames at each stage: This does not take into account delays at the NVC or Embassy that could happen. But sounds about right. I think it will be sooner TBH
  12. Approved! Don't give up! chatgpt was right!! wow approved.
  13. I fed approval data into chatgpt to figure out when my number 700xx will be approved... HOLY #######: PROMPT: based on the data provided, give me a rough estimate on when 700xx will be approved. Chatgpt Response: So next week. 😂
  14. Here are the top five groups that are being processed the fastest based on this assumption (calculated by taking the ratio of Approvals to Total Cases): 71000: 132 Approvals out of 224 Total Cases (58.9%) 67000: 91 Approvals out of 177 Total Cases (51.4%) 68500: 107 Approvals out of 203 Total Cases (52.7%) 67500: 75 Approvals out of 137 Total Cases (54.7%) 70500: 101 Approvals out of 226 Total Cases (44.7%)
