Hello Saeid! Our case just became ready after being in transit for a few weeks.. I was wondering if you could help us with this.. can we already pay the visa fee and schedule the interview since our case is ready? Or do we have to wait for instructions from the paris embassy to do those steps?

Hi, I know that the website says not to schedule an appointment until you receive an email, so I did the same and received the email after 5 days. But there were people who scheduled appointments immediately after the case was ready with no issues. My opinion is, you good to submit the DS160 now and wait for 4-5 days for email. If you don't receive the instructions email after that go ahead and schedule the appointment.
