We live in South Korea. We submitted our documents to NVC at the end of February, 2023 and was approved before April, 2023. So it took them less than a month to approve.  However, we didn't get the interview date yet. Just incase we have to delay the interview date, is it possible?

There was a post from last month where the beneficiary achieved DQ and kept rescheduling the interview. After a year of this the petition was canceled.

The post seems to has disappeared from visajourney.com .

Best to make your decision about delay, BEFORE the interview appointment and then tell NVC to delay until (??).  Yes you can delay after scheduling by contacting the Consular IV unit.

This might be a silly question, but what is the best way to tell NVC to delay until a specific date? The last time I tried to contact NVC, they replied to me 2-3 months later.

It is what it is.  Contact the IV unit directly.
