Hi everyone,

I am using my mom as a joint sponsor but I am having some trouble calculating her household size for the income requirement.

 

I lived with my mom for half the year last year before I moved to the UK and so she claimed me on her 2022 taxes. Because she has done this does this mean I am considered apart of her household when determining the income level?

Yes, that is correct because the question is asked in the present tense.  However, be prepared to explain and document that you are not currently her dependent.
