You won't get an IL until your PD is current unfortunately.    The B dates mean that NVC will work on your case if your PD is before that date (which yours is), even though there's no immigr

The I-864 form for my IR2 application got rejected. NVC wanted I-864W form instead.

Nope, not yet. Going on NVC timescales today would be DQ day, but as it seems to be a bit longer for postal submissions I'm not expecting it yet.

 

Out of interest, those who have been DQ'ed, did you just get the email or did anything change in your account or when checking your status? For some reason NVC didn't have our email address previously for the Welcome Letter (only our lawyer and petitioner got it), we contacted NVC and asked them to add it and they said they had but until the DQ email comes we won't know for sure……..

The status in my account changed to Accepted first and got an email after few minutes.

@W Herrera is also our category. He submitted on 3rd and got response yesterday in 14 days (postal submission). So i guess the timeline as per nvc is also for us. last time I got RFE to submit additional document. It was via email (i also asked them to update my email address). SO may be we might get email updates soon. There was no change in CEAC. In my ceac, there is no message option, or upload document option. So, i guess they communicate only via email. Hope this helps. But its always good to chase them if u dont get update as per their timeline. If i dont get update by tomorrow, i am submitting inquiry on friday. @appleblossom

Thank you. What about your status check, did it still just say 'at NVC' or something else? Have you heard anything at all since you send the requested doc?

 

Mine were received on 5th (although late in the day so I suspect won't have been opened until the 6th), so going on that timescale I might hear tomorrow or the next day. Will keep you posted. 🤞

Still at NVC. I dont know what after DQed. My additional document was also delivered on 5th afternoon. Seems like we will get update soon.
