  1. My CR2 just got DQ'd! The waiting now begins for the interview.
  2. I have 2 cases for my son and spouse. Do I need to file for separate request for each? I know it might get rejected but there's nothing to lose in trying.
  3. Our IR2 case just got DQed 23 minutes ago. I expect our CR1 to be DQed by next Tuesday if they don't find any BS reasons like the one the did for my RFI.
  4. Not sure why but I hope people see my post about it and don't make the same mistake. Probably someone bored that wants someone to have a hardtime.
  5. RFI 4/11, Submitted new docs 4/11 So on page 8 of i864, my signature is handwritten and my date is typed. So they wanted the date as well to be handwritten not typed which I find BS. My other case was accepted even if my date was typed and signature was handwritten. The RFI was for my CR1 case.
  6. Can you add me as well, I have 2 cases at NVC. CR1: Submitted everything at 4/2 IR2: Submitted everything at 4/2 RFE: 4/4 (Marriage Cert) Submitted RFE 4/5
  7. It has to be approved by them before you can start uploading things. It took me 8 days but I have sent them an inquiry the same day I was having errors. The inquiry might or might not have help to speed up the approval.
  8. You have to wait for NVC to approve your sponsor before you are able to continue uploading documents. I just did them last Friday night and just got approved this afternoon. It took me a total of 8 days, however, I did send them an inquiry the same day I was having the issue and didn't get a reply until Thursday.
  9. So I have two NVC cases which is for my spouse and my step-son. I applied for a joint sponsor which was just approved today. On my spouse's NVC case, the joint sponsor also wrote my step-son's name in the family immigrating with my spouse on the form i864 and I would have thought that information would carry over in my step-son's NVC case but it seems like it doesn't since I'm the only one listed as sponsor. My question for those who have done this, do I have to apply for a joint sponsor on my step-son's case and remake the i864 in which my stepson would be the principal immigrant and my spouse would be written under family immigrating with the principal immigrant? or should the information carry over once NVC looks at my spouse's NVC case?
