@Bh_sarah Just to confirm.  My fiance has the medical exam (vaccinations etc.) on Tuesday.  Is that the biometrics exam?

I am from/live in South Carolina, so when I send the I-485, I864, I131, and I765 after marriage, do I need to send it to the lockbox in Chicago?

I am not sure how Argentina does it. We have a medical first then a biometrics appointment at the visa center then the interview at the embassy. I'm sure the embassy website should explain, they have complete info there (different from other embassies out there).

 

And I haven't looked too closely at AOS details. I only have a big picture of what I should do.
However, when I search for where to file I-485 for family-based forms (our case for K1), it points me to this page: https://www.uscis.gov/uscis-lockbox-filing-locations-chart-for-certain-family-based-forms 
It matches what you have there.

Thanks @Bh_sarah,  I will now wait until the interview next Tuesday for now.  Do you know if the below is correct?

 

For AOJ - We need to fill out: I-485, I-864, I-131, and I-765.  I don't think we need to fill out the I -693 if anyone can confirm?

 

I also wonder if we will need to submit the police certificate again for the I-485?

I don't think you need I-693 because that's basically the medical that was done before the interview. As long as you file AOS one year from the medical, you don't need it. I am unsure if we need to file anything from the doctor to prove we already had the medical or if they will have it all on file already. Seems we receive a form called DS-3025 from the doctor and that's what we should submit a copy of? (Don't take my words as final).

You also don't need police certificates again, as far as I know, she's already in US/already vetted.

Update: Ours says photo will be taken at ASC.  I am guessing that is in the embassy or after the interview.  It doesn't say much in the instructions

Hello Everyone, I am the petitioner and was born and raised in the Philippines til age 21. I am now 29 and a US Citizen, do i also need a CENOMAR? or only my fiance?

we just received our Packet 3 last week. NOA2 approved 4/4/2023.

Also, does anybody here know how can the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) send the CENOMAR directly to the US Embassy if my fiance is not in the Philippines? can we apply online? thanks for the repsonse!

Good evening to the most patient love-drunk folks I know (myself included🙋‍♀️ 🫣😝). Update from us:

NVC "sent to consulate" mail: 18/7/2023

NVC "Ready" on CEAC: 25/7/2023... furiously types mail to Johannesburg Consulate

JHB Consulate sends P3 (which really is just a list of next steps & docs to bring to interview): 27/7/2023

We complete DS-160 & make the $265 payment - same day

Only interview available now is 10/8/2023 - not feasible for us.

Waiting for next available interview date (apparently released monthly).... [insert last-of-my-last said patience]
