It seems like this is now the norm for all new I-751 cases. It'll be interesting to see if it speeds up, slows down, or has no effect on processing times.

Sounds efficient!  Make sure that your Greencard copy is front and back!  Personally I would change the first under Exhibit A

Just call it G-1145 E notification - I dont know if you can file two of them? I just put in for my own record as the petitioner

Thank you...appreciate the feedback!

Thanks, Ireland is love for sure.

I wonder if anyone from here filed around the same timeline at AZ and received any indication of receipt via text or mail.

It's ridiculous... if they keep this system I will gladly give it up. Good luck with your ROC!

I read a lot about dual and not going dual... so far I didnt see many benefits of keeping the German one as 'we' could always get 're-immigrated'...

It's more about the housing / property I we own in Germany and the money I paid into the retirement funds.

Hi all,

I plan on submitting my I-751 package by end of this month and I have a question on the supporting documents.  Since we have multiple checking and credit card accounts, is it really wise to send all those monthly statements of approximately 2 years worth of activity for each account?  It just seems like an unnecessary amount of paper...

For many card statements only the primary cardholder appeared so I only submitted copies of the cards themselves where the name and numbers matched. How would the statements confirm we shared the account if no authorized user appears?

I agree that full monthly statements (bank, credit card, utilities, etc) are a real waste of energy and also time for all parties involved. I included multiple accounts which lead to hundreds of pages. Our whole package was eighty-something dollars to print and more than half were "statements." I was tempted to write a sticky note saying "I'm sorry to put us through this but the instructions don't say when is enough!"

And don't get me started on the write "N/A" or "none" on fields that are not applicable... what Kafkaesque instructions are these? If I write NA on my middle name or address line how will someone know the difference? 🤨

Good luck everyone!

The 'No blank space' rule from lovely Trump is not in place anymore...

The only times I put N/A is for children as we have non.  I also do not have a middle name and left it blank

Unfortunately this is in the instructions for the form so we followed it except for the most ridiculous places like address and name.

I noticed while filling out the form that the 'additional space' to list former address and other stuff... you cant type in the Name and Address field. This is the only one besides Signatures I didnt type in Adobe.
