USPS vs. Fedex to send our petitions

Timeline

I have used USPS Priority Mail for immigration documents.  It is inexpensive and tracking is included.  I have had no issues.


20 years, US Air Force- Retired

Registered Nurse- Retired

IT Professional- Retired

January 26, 2023:  Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023: Passport Delivered!!!!

IT IS FINISHED!!!!!

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.  It took 6 weeks for Passport.

USPS can deliver of Saturdays and can deliver to the main PO Box.

 

FedEx/UPS needs to deliver to the building and only on weekdays unless you pay extra.

And you can pay for Saturday delivery but nobody will be there to receive it.
