I am so happy my mom's case was approved today! priority date 2/9/23 - approved 1/11/24 What do I have to do next? I don't quite understand if I have to fill de i485 right now or later....

Filed 2/11/23, just received my NOA2. Updating for folks - looks like they're working on Feb 2023 applications now, hopefully.

I filed for my spouse PD 18th Feb 2023. Got approved on Jan 19, 2024 Keep checking your "Documents" tab for the Approval letter.

You’re not the first and also not alone. A lot of ppl have experienced this. Anyone knows how long it usually takes from "case is taking..." until a decision is made?

Workload, short staffing or they simply just verifying  documents that you submitted for authenticity. Could be a whole lot of different things but those three are the most common. You’re not the first and also not alone. A lot of ppl have experienced this. I’d suggest you wait and if it’s outside normal processing time you will be able to send an inquiry to know what’s happening. Good luck

It says 2 months still but when I got to the Case History is was updated with Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS as of Sept 5, 2023. Anybody has some updates on them?

Applied a few days before you, Feb 21st. Says 5 weeks and status also changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed..." also on Sep 5th.
