I have doubts with my parents because i just found out they do not have a bank account, just cash.. 

It's hard to say what the CO will base their decision on. I tend to think that you paying for their trip doesn't really weigh into it. How old are your brothers?

22 , 21, 19 and 17 ! 

thank you for your reply!  i see mix opinions and articles online saying it can be a negative thing or can be supplemental towards approval.

My best bet is that the 17 year old one has higher chances of approval than the rest.

I appreciate your replies, if you have time can you give some examples off the top of your head that will be good supporting evidence for them other than the school schedules?

Strongest one is proof that they have visited other countries and never overstayed. So, passport stamps.

You have gotten great advice so far. And i will say that I, too, do not think that you paying for their flights is a big red flag. However, you providing a place for them room and board for months at a time is more of a red flag in my opinion. 

 

There is nothing wrong with you trying to help. But as you are finding out, the more you are involved the more it will hurt your family's case. The interviewing officer does not want to see it as them using you to use the B2 to immigrate to the US. So doing things like putting money in their bank accounts to show funds that is not really theirs does not help at all. These officers have seen it all. 

 

There is a reason why there are many denials of Filipinos for visitor visas to the US. It is because too many of them in the past got a visitor visa and came to the US and never went home. I think they even have a Filipino term for it, if one of the veteran members here can remind us of what it is called. But I mention this to give you an idea of what your family is facing when they are trying to present their case. 

 

One last thing I want to say is please, please, do not put too much hope and expectations into them obtaining those visitor visas. You are having a baby and your emotions are high and you are excited. But the reality is that there is a very high chance that some or maybe even all of your family member may get denied. So you and your family should be mentally and emotionally prepared. One of the mottos here on VJ is "Expect the worst but hope for the best".

Unfortunately , they just received their passport and would be the first time ever applying for a tourist visa. I appreciate your replies. I will pray  and hope for the best but expect the worse @Unlockable thank you so much for your reply, i am thankful with the helpful support I'm receiving with the comments. I will go ahead and apply and research best supporting documents I can come up to help the chances for my family. Even if its just one of my brothers, I will be thankful.

I think a lot of people here are giving you correct information but false hope at the same time. Please note that none of the previous posters have experience with the Philippines and every country has different difficulty levels in getting a visa. It is extremely hard to get a tourist visa to the USA from the Philippines. The strongest ties are financial assets, jobs that you have been at for a long time, and property. These things all show that you have strong ties to the Philip[pines and will return at the end of your stay. Most of your brothers will have an extremely hard time getting approved due to their age and being single, not to mention lack of ties. Your parents might have a better chance if they have property, but as you mentioned they don't seem to have any financial assets, which will make it difficult for them as well.

In the past my wife was denied tourist visas twice by USEM even with somewhat strong qualifications.  She already had multiple entry tourist visas with good travel history for Schengen area (Europe), Japan, and Korea.  Owns a condo, owned a business, car, tons of financial documentation, college grad, etc.  Her observation was that it seemed to her, she had been shot down before she ever walked up to the window and the interview was just a formality.  Other than her passport they wouldn't even look at any of her financial documents, deed, title, or any other evidence she brought.  Paperwork was useless and presumably being able to eloquently discuss ones property, money, business, etc. would have been more important that any documentation. Except in her case they cut her off rather quickly so she really didn't even have a chance to highlight what should have been highlighted.  I wouldn't say it is impossible, because in some ways it may just be a ####### shoot, but I would also go in with low expectations and fully prepared to lose any $160/each visa fees paid.

Back around 2011, we helped my mom apply for a tourist visa. That first time she was denied, we had put down that she was visiting for 3 months.

 

The next time we applied, everything was the same - except we put down a much shorter stay - 3 weeks. It was approved.

 

Perhaps that can help. It would be less of a red flag if you kept the visit short, if they can prove they can afford the other expenses of visiting, if your older siblings can show they have jobs (and leaves of absence/vacation time).
