Not only that, the case has already been forward to the U.S. Embassy Manila (NVC Left: 09-04-2009) 09-08-2009: Hardcopies of I-130 NOA2s (for me and for Pippo) AND I-129F NOA2 arrived! 09-12-2009: Rick received NVC letter (Letter Dated: 09-08-2009) 09-14-2009: US Embassy received our file (based on tracking of DHL deliveries to Manila) 09-16-2009: Rick called the DOS to verify that our file has been processed...they said YES! 09-17-2009: Kaye called US Embassy call center, got an interview appointment for 10-08-2009 at 7:00 a.m. 09-19-2009: Kaye received US Embassy letter (the one saying we are eligible to schedule an interview...but we got it already! lol :P) 09-23-2009: Kaye and Pippo go for Day 1 of medical exam in the morning; Pippo had TST, results after 72 hours 09-25-2009: Kaye and Pippo go to NBI Las Piņas to get NBI Clearance in the morning, then for Day 2 of medical exam in the afternoon; Kaye passes, but Pippo's TST is positive...SLMEC takes her chest x-ray...return on 09-28-2009 09-28-2009: Kaye and Pippo pass the medical exams, and Kaye gets her NBI Clearance 10-01-2009: Paid Visa Fees at BDO 10-08-2009: Interview appointment at 7:00 a.m. APPROVED! 10-15-2009: Visas delivered at 12:00 noon 10-21-2009: Home AT LAST! 2018: Married 9 years and the story continues... AOS/EAD Timeline 02-01-2010 Got my EAD from Vermont. 09-09-2010: Sent I-485 and I-765 (renewal for me, and first application for Pippo) via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. 09-11-2010: Received e-mail from USPS, package delivered at Chicago Lock Box. 09-16-2010: Received e-mail and SMS notice that applications have been received, case numbers provided starting with MSC. Waiting for NOA1 hard copies in the mail. 09-20-2010: Received NOA1 hard copies in the mail! 09-22-2010: Check was cashed. 09-27-2010: Received biometrics appointment letter; appointment at Jacksonville ASC on October 14, 2010 8:00 a.m. 10-07-2010: Daughter's I-485 and I-765 were touched but not mine. lol 10-09-2010: Received letter from NVC re: Pippo's case number...huh? We're already here on K3 and K4, peeps. :P10-12-2010: Sent Jacksonville ASC letter to reschedule biometrics via USPS Express Mail. 10-13-2010: USPS e-mailed Delivery Confirmation, letter received by J. JIANG 10-23-2010: Received mail from Jacksonville ASC dated October 15, 2010, biometrics appointment successfully rescheduled to November 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.! 10-26-2010: Baby Poppy is born by c-section; 7 pounds and 11 ounces, 20 inches long 11-12-2010: Biometrics complete! Found out Pippo's actual A# It was almost not funny! I-765 files touched the same day. 11-15-2010: All files touched again. 11-16-2010: Received SMS update, EAD card production ordered for both of us 11-19-2010: I-765 Files touched again, received another SMS alert, EAD card production ordered 11-29-2010: Went to the mailbox after Thanksgiving weekend to find our EADs in the mail! 12-11-2010: Received AOS Interview Letter dated December 3, 2010. Interview on January 12, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Pippo's interview is the same day at 9:30 a.m. 12-10-2010: Applied for Pippo's SSN 12-18-2010: Pippo received her SSN in the mail! 01-12-2011: AOS approved for Kaye and Pippo! 01-14-2011: Card production ordered 01-21-2011: Pippo received her welcome notice dated January 14, 2011 01-24-2011: Kaye received her welcome notice dated January 14, 2011 01-25-2011: Kaye and Pippo received 10-year green cards dated January 20, 2011 Woohoo!
