thanks, just making sure. i hope ours will change to that too, waiting for NOA in email. got text one week ago exactly

If you look at my timeline you can see how long LIN takes for the extension letter and what I had to do for my biometrics.

Heads up, my last update was March 28 last year when they reused my biometrics and it’s been radio silence ever since.

I’m applying for naturalization at the beginning of February, so I’m assuming that might move things a little bit

Hello all, just figured i put my 2 cents in. Package was delivered on the 11th, still haven't received a text or had the 680 taken from my account. I hate being back in this USCIS Anxiety game, but its the price we pay! Thankfully this one isn't as worry some as filing the for the K1 lol.

Hope to get some sort of update soon!

Good to know there are others who are waiting for over a week for an initial response from USCIS.

I-751 Timeline:

Jan 12, 2022 : Sent I-751 application package via USPS

Jan 14, 2022 : Delivered to USCIS Phoenix lockbox

Just filed this month - package delivered to the Phoenix AZ lockbox around noon yesterday (Fri 20th), waiting to see what comes next. Presumably a few days of waiting while they scan the paper and route it to wherever it's processed, then I'll see the $680 taken and get the email+SMS confirming receipt, then a wait for the I797?

It will be interesting to see if your NOA is for 24 or 36 months green card extension!

we just got our NOA today! 36 months! so to confirm, once my husbands GC expires in march, we show the actual letter anytime we leave the US upon return? it says the petitioner and beneficiary is my husband, that is correct right?

Yes, original letter in addition to expired green card.

The LPR with conditional green card is both the petitioner and beneficiary for I-751. He is the one removing conditions.

Same! I just saw today that the check was cashed. I know it can take a while to eat an account but last time with my AOS and K1, they cashed the check and the next day or a few days later I got the notification

Do you mean 36 months extension, I thought it's 24 months extension they are giving?

Some January filers received 24 months (including me), while others are now receiving 36 month extensions.
