when do you receive DQ letter after everything accepted? (merged)

Received recent NVC email finally (after re-submitting twice ) that all documents have been accepted. Everything else is good too.

When will I receive our DQ letter ?

Anyone else been waiting way past the timeline period to get docs qualified?

 I've sent several public inquiries -come wback with generic meassage saying their reviewing them.

We resubmitted Docs on Sep 21... all docs say accepted on our account.. No other movement or emails..

 

Had to contact my senator -whos office helps with immigration issue..

What time period?  If they are reviewing them, you just have to wait.

Senator can't really help

they  will get same messages u get saying "reviewing the documents "

 

Please do a timeline

many of us rely on looking at the timeline to best answer questions especially when u ID the country/embassy

Sept 21st we re-submitted.. all docs and eveything show accepted.. No movement -no new emails since sept. 21st..

What is the timeframes you have experienced from Documents accepted in your CEAC account to getting you DQ letter?

It depends on the size of the queue for your consulate at NVC.

1. Case is DQ'd by NVC.

2. Case then enters NVC queue for your consulate and waits at NVC.

3. Consulate informs NVC of available interview date for upcoming month.

4. NVC schedules interview when case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate.

5. NVC notifies person of interview date via email.

6. NVC then sends case to consulate.

After the interview is scheduled, it can take several days to several weeks for the consulate to receive the case.

I received DQ email and an email from NVC stating to check my CEAC status AND  messages on the same day.
