Hello all, 

 

I just have a simple question.

 

Can someone how is in the process of status adjustment and has been in US for 20 years but has EAD, been paying taxes before receiving EAD (using ITIN) apply for Healthcare using market place? only EAD with I-485 pending and no I-131.

I'm a US Citizen, asking for my parents. Started to whole adjustment process for them in Feb 22 and they do have their EADs and SS (all valid) just wondering if they can get a tax credit or is this something only for US Citizens and LPRs?
