Hey everyone I was looking on here about the waiver but couldn’t find anything more recent so I’ll open this topic.

13/09/2022 we decided on a lawyer after we spoke with 4 different ones.

Gave him access to nvc and send off the letter of inadmissibly , currently waiting for the gp to give us a copy of our records.

Anyone going through feel free to post

I submitted waiver i-601a September 2021, completed biometrics Oct. 15, 2021, and since then I haven't had any other updates. Hopefully I start hearing from them soon as I already completed (June 2022) CEAC documentation for immigrant visa at Juarez Consulate. I am praying that waiver gets approved before having Juarez appointment.
