Hi everyone!

I couldn't find a Sept 2022 thread so I created this one, so we can follow each others journeys and don't feel alone in the process. We filed ours on september 3, receive the NOA1 the same day, and our case has being actively reviewed By USCIS since september 6.

Thanks for starting the thread! I finally submitted our I-130 online last night after reviewing the answers about a million times. I know this process can take a very long time so I'm just hoping I don't get any requests for evidence to slow things down even more.

I saw mention of an NOA1 above with a reference number. When I login mine shows...

Submitted on September 11, 2022

Receipt # IOE(I'll omit the rest lol)

Is that what you're referring to? Or will it be something different?

Good luck to my fellow September filers 🙏🏼

Update: My husband sent I-129F form on September 20. Still waiting for a notice

I applied online today and got NOA1 today as well, the status also changed to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS", not sure if this is common or not, I know that i was initially assigned to Nebraska SC but was transferred to Potomac SC.

I've been reading and AR so soon is meaningless. You have to wait for the second AR.

Good luck!!  and welcome 🤗
