Your joint sponsor isn't liable for bills you incur just because you cannot pay them.

If you can't afford to pay the full medical bill, request a payment plan.

Do you not have health insurance?

Ask for "Cash Price" or "Self Pay" I have found many times the price from a doctor/hospital visit is much cheaper vs what insurance pays, crazy as that sounds.

Yes but this a goverment hospital bills , im very confused

Bottomline is that you have to pay the doctor/hospital bills yourself or have your insurance cover the fees.  Your joint sponsor is not liable.

Bills or debts incurred is your and and only yours responsibility

You can tell the hospital you don't have any money and they will sometimes waive the bill, you can always negotiate with them.  Most hospital prey off medical insurance and inflate the bill & services upto 10 times, what a cash payer would pay.  It's a pretty legitimate scam in the USA, and legal.

A joint sponsor is essentially there to assist your sponsor with demonstrating to the government that you won't become a ward of the state/country.  They are not there to be like a parent/child relationship to cover your costs and provide you an allowance.  They should only be called upon as a last resort.

It's your responsibility to get a job and pay your bills.  If you don't pay that bill, it will go to collections and potentially damage your credit when you don't have any, making it even more challenging for you to be successful in the US.

Find a way - insurance, cash payment, payment plan - to pay your medical bill.  You're an adult.  You need to be independent.

Sure, we have no debtors prison in the USA.  I would call them up and negotiate with them, You could probably get the bill cut in half or more, and they will put you on a payment plan.

Obama required all US Citizens to have medical insurance, if not then you had to pay large fine, this sadly increased insurance premiums and the medical raised all their  rates.
