I'm confused what you mean by a K-1 Mexican fee equivalent.  I'm not sure the source for the chart that was posted, but the amount stated for naira is not correct.  First of all, the $535 is the petition application fee, not a visa fee.  That would have been paid when the petition was submitted to USCIS.  The K-1 visa application fee is $265.

The Embassy sets it's own consular exchange rate to ensure it does not lose any portion of the fee through tbe currency exchange process.  This rate can change as country conditions change.  Per the US Embassy's website, the current (through November 2022) exchange rate is 420 NGN = $1 US (https://ustraveldocs.com/ng/ng-niv-visafeeinfo.asp).   So, the visa application fee is 420 X 265, a total of 111,300 naira and needs to be paid at a GT Bank.  If you are actually trying to pay it to a bank with Mexican pesos, you need to first exchange the pesos to naira -- the question to the bank then is how many pesos do they need to get you 111,300 NGN, which you will then use to pay the visa fee?  (Or, you could convert pesos to U S dollars and pay the fee in dollars).

If you are asking about the medical exam fee, that would be paid to the doctor's office; they usually use the lcoal exchange rate.  I'm sure they list their fees in naira as well as dollars, so you would need to ask the bank what that amount of naira would be in pesos.

If your question is something else, please clarify so we can try again!

I was told to pay to standard chartered bank with Iom int but they claim they don’t know the exact payment in naira I tried contacting Iom but they don’t respond to call and it is stated that you have to make payment 2 days before your appointment my appointment is Monday yet I have not been able to pay the $300 medical fee due to exchange rate I think they should always state the payment in naira to avoid all this stress thank you so much.

What currency are you trying to use?  Ask the bank how much they need in that currency for you to receive $300.  I believe you can pay the fee in dollars if it gets too complicated to then convert to naira.  It should be approximately 126,000 (that's at the consular exchange rate).

91,500 is not up to $300 but thanks though, they should have stated the dollar/naira equivalent to make this easy for us

Where do you get the idea it's $300? The 91,500 is the price everyone pays at IOM. Why do you want to pay more? Q-Life is more expensive and is $115K naira in total.
