Did the beneficiaries got their travel document? We were approved May 6 and still waiting for the document. We have called USCIS now they say issue resolved, but clearly is not. This is soul breaking.

Yes, to clarify all 4 got their travel authorization documents processed within hours of me posting them.  As with everything YMMV.  So sorry it's taking a long time for you; I might suggest inquiring by phone.

If you feel like it's dead in the water, you could also possibly re-submit the request for travel authorization by creating a new myuscis.gov account with a new email address for the beneficiary(ies), then trying to re-import the receipt number.

I also created a Travel Group for the four of them and this helped me get the requests created a little quicker, FWIW.

if it's not too much trouble, do you have any information to share on how them going through CBP went? did the wrong birthdates give them any problems or were you able to get that fixed (hopefully I'm not confusing you with someone else haha)

my partner is very anxious and timid so I'm worried about her going through CBP without me

The also attached a wrong notice yesterday, they attached the notice that go to the sponsor on the beneficiary account all of the sudden yesterday.

Do you mind me asking about the flight? Where are they flying from? through? I'm a little concerned about my family making the flight and connections.

my mother in law was just approved and we received the notice. What documents should she have on her when she flies from Poland to the USA? I'm reading the website now and it says pre departure Covid Test and she'll need to have a medical test done when she arrives. Anything else she should bring besides her passport and covid vaccination proof?

Besides her passport she would need her Travel Authorization. And a negative COVID test I'm pretty sure is still required.

Here is a document outlining the requirements for a CBP point of view:

Apparently the wrong birth year was not an issue. We picked them up at airport last night without any drama.

We ended up spending a lot for quick airfare. Warsaw > Amsterdam > Boston. They made the connecting flight without trouble.

Today we get this message to the beneficiary account. The issue has not being resolved but seems they are just telling everyone that it has. We still waiting for the Travel Authorization Document since May 4.

OK, the problem for resolved. I've called my lawyer, and he told me to repeat the process for the child (USCIS account registration, attestation), despite it appearing redundant. It worked! I put the child as the leader of the group, the mother as part of the group. Repeated the attestation. The very same second I submitted the request - a travel authorization document from DHS has appeared in the notices!

Same issue with my case is now closed. Does this mean to submit a new I-134 for my Ukraine under-age grandchild, then once her mother receives this notice to create her child an account, she is to add herself (the mother) as a member of the group under "Add Travel Group Member" and mother repeats the attestation on grandchild?

Each person needs a I-134 filled out and approved. Then each person needs a my.USCIS account there you should be able to create the travel group and then complete the attestation to get a Travel Authorization. At least this is the process I followed. IN my case the Travel Authorizations don't list the travel group in any way.

Prior to the approval, both my I-134 submission account and the beneficiary's account had the option to add a group member. Once the case was approved both these options went away. So, I had to start over with a new I-134 with me as the grandparent being the financial sponsor. Once this is approved, I plan to have the beneficiaries tied together with the group member option. I am hoping for that this will work.

I screwed up and incorrectly wrote my beneficiaries passport number. Its now been 10 days since I made that mistake and there has been no call back attempt by USCIS.

I call them every day about this. One stupid mistake and I can't edit the passport number.

I want to put a gun in my mouth and end my life.

I am no expert, but I suggest you start over with a new I-134 with the correct information. Unfortunately, there are no good guidelines on what to do in case of errors. I messed up by not including my granddaughter in law as a group member to my daughter-in law. I took the lawyers advise in one of the previous posting by a VJ member and had to start a second I-134 for my in-law's daughter, I just did this on Friday so waiting myself now. Hopefully some VJ expert will correct me on this advise if it is wrong. Through the secured email on my USCIS account I asked a question more than two weeks ago and have not received a response
