Also reached out to USCIS support this morning and was told to wait a for a call within 72 hours.

Just a minute ago somebody from USCIS called my number for just a second and dropped immediately, the phone is next to me, and I didn't even have time to answer the calls.. so frustrating..

They did not even bother calling me. I got an email stating they tried to contact me, but could bot get ahold of me. Needless to say I did not receive any calls.

I got the following:

You received an update from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) about your travel authorization decision. Please check the “Notices” tab to view the travel authorization document.

And there's no authorization document attached in the notices. Did someone encounter the same issue?

My beneficiary received the email telling them to create an uscis account to confirm their biographic information. Is it ok if I use one of my own emails to create an account for them, or does it need to be their email that they received the notice from? Since they are in Ukraine I figured if I used their email and phone it will be a total hassle to sign in since you always need the code from your phone to get logged in.

I got a call from them, when I picked up they hung up and sent an email stating they tried to call me.

This process is so infuriating I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown

Got a travel authorization today! (Simple paper with date of birth, A number and passport number).

Filed April, 26, single traveler.
Submit error I’ve mentioned earlier resolved itself in a day or two.

All is set to buy tickets!

My travel authorization document only had main person, but not her minor child, whom I listed in travel group. Does she need to create a separate account on USCIS.gov?

I created I-134 for her and her daughter on April 28th. The requests for approved on May 4th. She received emails on May 6th, registered USCIS account, filled out the bio information for herself and added her daughter as a group member. Today she checked her account - a document from Homeland Security with "travel authorized" was posted, but only she herself is listed there. What should we do now? My USCIS account no longer has the case. Only hey account does. Does she need to create a separate account for her child?

Is it safe to get tickets yet or are you going to wait for them to attach the form?

We are waiting for them to attach the forms. But expecting the forms to be there next week. We had a terrible delay for work permit 11 years ago. Where the permit took 6 moths more than normal just because some one had not press Enter.... We had it approved. Visited the field office 3 times, on the 4th time the lady says ahh I see, I just click here,  you should receive the card in a week...

Hey, you have to submit I-134 for every person separately. Once I-134 is approved, each person then has to fill out their part. And indicate each other as a travel group.

That's what I understand the process is. I haven't gone through all of it yet. And made the same mistake too - only submitted I-134 for the "main" person. Had to submit another I-134 for the spouse after I found this out.

I submitted two separate I-134: for my friend and her daughter. She received 4 emails (two for her and two for her daughter). Each pair assigned an alien number and a registration code. We used my friend's code to register a USCIS account, and we used her daughter's code to add her to the travel group. The attestation for her daughter was the same as for her. It doesn't make sense to create another USCIS account and provide yet another attestation for both of them. Does it? Moreover, her USCIS account has the following notice: "We

will notify you by email when CBP sends the travel authorization decision for you and any travel group member you may have added. There is no additional action required at this time."

Note the last part - they talk about group member and no additional action required. That's why I'm so puzzled
