Hi,

I had an interview at the London embassy for an o1 visa and got a 221g then 3 weeks later got an email saying they are sending it back with a recommendation for revocation.

After speaking with my attorney he said London was notorious for this type of thing and it could take a while to sort.

I was just wondering if anyone has had a Visa revoked or a petition revoked and then managed to be approved for another visa type while the o1 is still being processed?

The company in america has 2 other types of.visas I am eligible for but we dont know how the current situation will effect a new application.

It is believed the petition was revoked as i dont meet the strict for an o1 and wasnt visible in many google searches.

Who prepared your package?  You or the attorney?

many of us have gone thru the NOIR or NOID process but for a spouse visa which tends to leave the USC to disprove the issues CO had at interview

you may have to see the actual letter and overcome the CO issues with it O1 visa petition

the American company can work thru their lawyer to apply for your work visa

Why didn't the company apply for the correct work visa /  the O1 visa is very strict and for those with extraordinary achievements and abilities

like a scientist or professor  for this type of visa should have published articles

London notorious for denying this visa?   not an issue we have seen

It takes about 6 months for a packet to be returned to the US office so u will not get the  notice of issue(s) fast

What are the other 2 options?

Hi thanks for your reply, yes I think for this petition it best to see what the response is.

I dont personally have much online presence about me my approved petition was for junior sports coaching so the attorney submitted articles with the players I have worked with and the success they have had but the problem seems to be as it's not me directly my attorney has told me that is probably why from his experience with London embassy

Hi, I totally agree with you every one is a genius after the fact and after they have been paid but I am just hoping this doesnt effect future applications as it's a good job I have over there

you should also know this

Your employer or agent cannot file the petition more than one year before they actually need your services. To avoid delays, your employer or agent should file your Form I-129 at least 45 days before the date of employment.Jan 21, 2022

I would think your Employer would be not happy with all the costs they have incurred.

I actually know someone who obtained an O1 through London so the lawyer comments confuse me.

especially since our government (both parties ) have stated they want educated experienced and highly qualified immigrants and welcome them with open arms

I've seen 3 recommended revocations for O1 from London in the last 6 weeks in the Facebook groups yes people are getting them but I did  not so am just trying to find out the issues with applying for another visa after having a recommendation for revocation. My employer is unhappy but it was the advice we took from the attorney so are just having to chalk it up to bad advice and they know that upon my arrival the money will be made back

Yes that is available and also an E2 employee one. I dont know which one is a smarter option the j1 is obviously shorter but could get a possible extension as ideally would like to be there for 3 years

If this is an E2 Business then E2 is the way to go
