How long does it take on average to receive your approved visa? It says issued when I check the status but haven’t received  message for pick up yet. Any insight appreciated

If it says issued it can take 1 or 2 days to get to DHL from the US Consulate. You should call DHL and ask if the passport is there.

 

+2348039077188 that's the number for DHL. Their contact information should also be on the form the Consular officer gave your fiancé at the interview.
