Has anybody had an AOS interview whilst their i-130 was still pending ?

Huh?

How would that even happen?  An approved petition is the basis for adjusting status.

Maybe the I130 has been approved, but the notice of approval has not arrived yet, or was missed.  Whatever, I agree, I do not see how an AOS interview can be scheduled until the I130 itself has been approved.

I am using the Lawfully tracking app and someone posted the question , so I was wondering if that happened to anyone else

Seems odd, but I suppose it is possible since the I130 and I485 are processed at different locations.  This is seen more at the I751/N400 stage, but I suppose it is possible at the AOS stage with an I130 pending.  Essentially, I would still attend the AOS interview and let USCIS sort out the mismatch in the applications.

The I485 would not be approved with no approved underlying petition.

The fact that they are requesting the petitioner's biometrics is atypical.  Something is up there.

Probably a typo, never heard of petitioner having biometrics

i have hear of people getting I 485 notices and not I 130

It can happen in some really rare cases like getting flagged under the Adam Walsh Act and they want to see if you're John Doe the convicted pedophile.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Yes, the few cases I have seen were along these lines.
