I got a letter of denial of marriage based green card from USCIS. The reason was my wife withdrew application on the day of interview whilke she was told by the interviewer that we are good. They also states that she called in 10 days before interview to withdraw our I-130 stating we intend to divorse which she never did. Could this be a mistake or is there anyone with such situation. Kindly let me know.

Op, keep your questions to this topic.

If your wife pulled the underlying I-130 why would the outcome be something to question? Certainly appropriate to deny AOS if you don’t have a qualifying relative any longer.

There's no mistake.

Your wife withdrew the I-130.  There is no basis for you to get a green card.  The denial was proper.

You and your wife can refile everything.  If she refuses, then you need to make plans to return home.

What can I do now?

Nothing.  If you have no basis on which to adjust, you can be placed in removal proceedings and need to return home.

Why would they say that she called to say you were getting a divorce when you weren’t? Something doesn’t add up….
