With so many touches you must be wondering what the heck is going on??? (I am almost positve you've been approved, by the way) But yeah certainly take some time out for yourself to get away from it all. This waiting is horrible, there isn't a minute in a day I'm not thinking about what's going on with my I-129F. It's agony in the pending file, isn't it?

Take care...

Annette

You will get your NOA2,I know it is very frustrating trust me. While I was waiting for NOA2,I was always checking online and when I saw no update or anything of that nature I got sooo disapointed.

Currently I am waitng for my case to get to NVC,been 3 weeks now and it still is not there,so I guess we are in the same "frustration boat"

Forget about the email notification. Obviously someone isn't interested in updating your file. Just watch your mail for the NOA2, then you can celebrate.

In the mean time, get the remaining things together like financial support documents, etc. Check the web site of the U.S. embassy for their requirements and download packet 3 (maybe 4 also) so you can assist your fiancee going through the forms. Have her prepare any documents that need translating now (I suggest school transcripts, medical records like shots, etc.) and get her to think about packing.

You need to think about getting your home in shape for her arrival. You don't want to spend time cleaning, painting, repairing, etc. when she is here. You have other happier things in mind then. If you do these things the time will fly by and before you know it, she will be preparing to fly here and you can start your life together.

I humbly suggest not checking the USCIS website for a couple of days, or limit it to just once a day -- it's obviously causing you unneccessary stress. I also agree with others who have posted ideas about keeping your mind occupied doing other things, that helps so much and keeps you from dwelling on the process.

Best wishes!

Hang in there!!! Maybe it is just some new adjudicator taking your file out of his pile every day and then he gets caught up in other things to do and puts the file back there for the night. It's painful for you to watch though, I understand. Anyway, try not to check the website for a short while, and the approval will come. It comes sooner when you don't check it several times every day. Happened to me. I got tired of checking it again and again and forgot to check it one day, and that was the day of our approval ;)

Don't wait for the NOA2 to come in the mail, a person at CSC to tell you, or the status check online to say you're approved.

We found out we'd been approved when we got a letter from NVC saying they'd received out approved petition on 25th June. The status check on line still said pending, so did the automated telephone line.

On 7th July, we eventually got an NOA2 in the mail saying our case had been approved back on June 5th. We'd even called CSC around 11th June and they said we were still pending.

However, all the touches on your case suggests they are actively looking at it, and that it's not gone to NVC yet.
