NVC clock is officially ticking

 

Hopping NVC gets going faster, but with the holiday season, they may even slow down a little more 😒

my initial submission was August 10 but on Nov 3rd I had to resubmit another document so I am waiting for my turn

Paid fees on 11-16-21 and submitted all documents on 11-21-21.  Hopefully, we here something before Lunar NY.

They are working mid-October right now. Almost there. May be 3 more weeks before they get to November.

has anyone had any issues with the ds-260 form?

it’s giving me a red flag for my passport number and I’m a 100% sure that it’s correct, due to this im not able to sign and submit the form. Any suggestions guys?

It seems they've been speeding up the document review!  

I'm October 20th, (I think), hopefully we get finished fast so they can move on to your submissions.

Saw a Oct 18 got DQ today. There is movement.

Please make sure when you get DQ to fill out the form from the Case Complete (DQ) to Interview. This spread sheet helps others gauge where their embassy is.

Mod consensus is there's no reason to move it since it's spousal visa related and Progress Reports makes sense.

For a case I submitted Documents uploaded Oct. 23 was reviewed on 1/20. No DQ they have to upload some proof of employment. Ughhhhh

 

We were worried because we added an Attestation of Birth on Nov. 23 and thought that would push the date . But I guess not. Hoping it's not another 3 months waiting.
