Good Afternoon Everyone,

My wife and I got married through proxy at the Utah marriage County on January 2, 2021 and consummated the relationship on October 9th 2021, we r filling the petition online. We have the following evidence

1. Boarding pass 2. Visa to my country, Pictures 3. Video call screenshots 4. USAA bank signature card with both our names 5. Affidavit from one of our witness 6. Facebook post 7. Whatsapp messages screenshot 8. Hotel receipt 9. Marriage certificate 10.  Cover letter and personal statement from me the beneficiary 11. Airport entry stamp and exit

Is this enough? Or am I missing something?

Thank you.

That seems enough for now.  The best evidence you can provide at this point is that of time actually spent together.   Good luck on your journey.  Remember, this process demands a lot of patience.

This my slogan:  "The immigration process demands a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  A deficit in any of these areas can spell heartbreak."

Country is Nigeria

so the case will be looked at very carefully because and CO at interview will look at

1.  did you meet in person before the online marriage

2   was the trip to consummate your 1st time together

3.  how much time have you spent together

4.  the ages looking to see if there is big age difference

5.  if photos of the trip show your Nigerian family (especially mother) approves

6.  and any other issues that lead the CO to believe the relationship is for a green card

as you face extra security as there was a big arrest in Texas (most of the men from  Nigeria) for marriage fraud

The affidavit from a friend has little meaning as the person can not attest to consummation of marriage and if from Nigerian the affadavit can not be enforced in a US court

then the other issues will be main like age,  religion,   and amount of time together

it will be 18 to 24 months before the interview so she should visit again as much as possible to help show bona fida marriage and real relationship
