I don’t know. I heard from a few people that it’s taking awhile for alot of non citizens. Then the processing centers is a huge factor too.

Wait to be DQ'ed then they'll wait for your embassy to request your file.

They're currently reviewing documents submitted July 18, 2021.

Which embassy are you going through?

Current case creation time frame: As of 12-OCT-2021, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 5-OCT-2021.- This is the time frame for case number creation.

Current case review time: As of 12-OCT-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 23-JUL-2021. -    This is for reviewing documentation after you've submitted everything (DS-260, I-184, Police certificate etc.)

As of 12-OCT-2021, we are responding to inquiries received on 13-SEP-2021 - This is for queries/ questions people have asked them.

They update this page once a week (I think they update on Tuesday) so, sometimes it might be a little faster and other times slower.

Check this out to see when you can expect your embassy interview:

On the official website under my documents in the account has my approval notice but the case status hasnt changed

The same thing happened to me and I received the approval from USCIS in the mail in May stating they were sending my case to NVC. However, after several calls to NVC they never got the case. Per a conversation with a USCIS agent through ask Emma, they said I had to wait 90 days from the date on the letter from USCIS before they would open up a case. Finally after waiting the 90 days, I contacted USCIS through ask Emma and they sent a request to the processing center. After about 2 weeks they finally updated the case on the USCIS website, sent a new approval letter and sent the case to NVC.

Hopefully you won't have that issue. Be proactive and keep checking for it to update. Good luck.
