Hi, I haven’t seen a forum about sept 2021 submissions. So here we are, hopefully we can help one another because information on these things are so limited these days.I’ve submitted my documents Sept 30. Does anyone know what times to hear back, or anyone submitted in Sept and already heard back from NVC .

there is this one created 15th Sep by someone else.

the time frame to hear back is listed in the NVC time frame site here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

You cant expect to wait 2-months to hear back, they are currently working on end of July, so still a long way to go.

if you want to track progress, monitor the July / August submission threads, there are probably a few of them, and look for people who report getting reviewed and what date their submission (or recent re-submission was), this will give you some idea of where the NVC are currently.

Yes they did check my documents Dec 30 and everything was accepted I didn’t get DQ’d but they asked for an additional submission.
advice; if you have a joint sponsor make sure you submit their 2020 W2s

It's not a perfect queuing system - There is typically a 2 week window of submissions being reviewed at any time. For example, group of submissions from 20th September - 7th October could be sent out to agents reviewing cases, some will make their way to the top before others.

Yours should be coming up - but absolutely nothing to worry about if they haven't done yours yet.
