So first I got a letter from NVC that my case is heading to embassy (25th of oct)

then literally next morning I check NVC and it states  its ready (26th of oct)

I was able to schedule the interview already after filling out ds160

I am so confused, I hope I have not messed it up on the last step

went from NVC to READY

i was even talking about it yesterday 🤨

That's so amazing! Congratulations! I've heard this sometimes happens. I think they send the file electronically and a physical copy via DHL - can anyone confirm? Super happy for you!!!

First interview dates are available from 4th of November.

So yes you are right, another bunch of forms you gotta fill out and all. USTRAVELDOCS for Pakistan is not a fun place to be in. Then you cannot pay interview fee online, they have to print out and take cash to specific bank 😅 I'll keep yall posted

But yeah thank you to all of you for your kind words and wishes. Keep chugging along we all are getting there one step at a time.

Refresh it, just an error

Once you reload the page choose Immigrant and then it should not show the location

Hope this works

Not as exciting as Mitzab's news but I used the DHL hack to find my case and it is scheduled to arrive on Friday. It made its way from Boston to NY in the wee hours of this morning.

If you don't have it handy, here's the hack from Greenbaum that's been in use for years (with a couple of updates):

Go to https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/tracking.html#/track-by-reference

  • For Shipper's Reference enter EXP 26 OCT 2021A (or if checking another date just swap it out. For example EXP 12 SEP 2021A)

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference: EXP 26 OCT 2021A (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 2021-10-25

* Date range for shipment - To: 2021-10-27

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Ireland (Works for any country Just replace your country where the Embassy is located using the drop down box).

I hope these tips help you along your Journey. So, let’s share our experiences, our tips and ask questions.

NOTE: It will take 24 hours before the shipment will show any results using this hack. DHL and NVC will need time to update their systems.

Also, I was reading that we have to upload the documents,  (I don't even know where and when and how. So if anyone can answer that)

Secondly I spoke to someone and they did post that no documents need to be uploaded for k1 visa (Pakistan)

Anyone has any input on this?

No good news for me today, I'm still hoping that something will change till the end of the day in the US haha, but it's bed time for me already here. Crossing fingers I'll wake up with good news, otherwise no big deal, November 9th will arrive soon enough! Congratulations to people who got the "in transit" message today! Things are moving ❤️
