Sorry I've been working or I would have responded quicker.. I submitted last 3 years(2019, 2020, 2021) tax transcripts for myself and my joint sponsor, 4 months pay stubs, w2s, letter of authorization from employer.. the one thing I'm sure I missed was proof of citizenship for my joint sponsor.. I'm sure that I sent everything needed to show proof of income.. that's why the letter confuses me.. I am seeing that he didn't qualify because his income isn't enough(he made just over the amount needed).. but then they are asking for proof of his citizenship.. I plan on making an appointment with the office, I'd like to be as prepared as I can be when I go there

We received an RFE today for our I-485 Adjustment of status.. I'm pretty confused on what the issue is and how to fix it.. I attached the letter we got.. any help is appreciated

No she does not but her husband does.. we are just trying to confirm of she can or not since he’s qualified.

Important information.. Moroccan citizen has a degree and work history that makes him eligible to apply for the DV.. his wife does not.. since he is able to apply, would she be able to apply with a separate application.. to double their chances? Or is that a no since she does not have the actual degree or work experience.. please help!!!

If I choose no, then they ask that I write down the SSN number

We applied for a SSN number over a month and a half ago, we were hoping it would be here within the month but still nothing.... We want to file the AOS papers, but it asks if you want a SSN given to you through the I-485, or if you already have a SSN to put it on the form.. my confusion is if I haven't received the card but have already applied, what should I put on the form? I really hate waiting and waiting for the card to arrive... Any help with this is much appreciated!!
