Sorry...but y due to this process?? :(

i really feel bad...

u got noir??

Not because of the visa process. Him and I just didn’t get along and he seemed like he was using me. I sent him money alot and I think of he got a visa he would have left me plus I met someone else in his country that I fell in love with.

Immigration can still prove his case if you the one who falls in love with someone else!!

If he can show you have someone else he can become resident more faster than others

NO, ex-spouse moving on from a failed marriage and finding new love is NOT grounds for gaining permanent residence in the US.

No he can’t because the case was only at uscis and he never came to the United states. He was the one the did the divorce papers because I told him too. I just want to know when they will withdraw the case since i sent the letter to uscis weeks ago

Exactly. Plus the case was only at uscis he didn’t even come to America. Maybe if he came to America and then him and I divorced then maybe he could have tried to get permanent residence but definitely not because of divorce or me finding new love.
