Hi everyone!

I hope everyone is staying strong during these hard times!

So I'm wondering how does one go about submitting an expedited request? (From UK, London)

Thank you

Since your case is still at USCIS you would call them and place your request for an expedite. They will then contact you about sending in evidence for your request and decide based on that if you can move to the fast line. If yes you'd have to request an expedite again at NVC and then again at your embassy.

Ahh I see that makes sense!

Thank you for your response :)

For K1 expedite request at NVC is rather pointless. By it's nature K1's are automatically expedited at NVC, because all they do is create a case number, ID number, and put it in a diplomatic package to the embassy.

After USCIS approval, and the case number is created, the embassy should be contacted for the next expedite request.   NVC will hold onto the K1 petition until the embassy signals they are ready for the next group of cases.
