I can relate to your frustration.  It took almost 11 months for our I-130 to be approved.  We had no RFE.  While we were tearing our hair out, waiting for our NOA2, we heard/read about other people in the same category, who filed months after us, yet were approved in 2 or 3 months.  Sigh.

 

Hang in there.  You are not alone in this game of chance.

Thank you. I got my gc in only 6 months. My son, who is in Philippines, is still waiting a feedback after NOA1 for 10 months now.

Hi Misscloud. I am at the same boat with you. Filled November 2nd 2020 and got the Potomac Service Center- but no response at all. Did you get any updates so far.. ? And since I am pretty new about I-130 can you please tag me or add me somewhere where I can follow up and see other people's experiences. Thank you

i did not get any updates. from the moment they cashed the check, it just turned "actively being reviewed" since 12/28/20

Mom's case was approved on September 17th and moved to NVC. Paid fees and submitted all the required docs on October 3rd. Waiting the results.

CAN you please help me with the I-864 form? I was approved as well and now we are trying to submit the documents.. did she have the same problem as I am dealing now.. the actual form is expired on 09/30/2021 and the total number of household is already autogenerated to 1 without letting me change the number. One more question, for the signature, dis you guys printed the form to a hard copy, signed, scanned and uploaded the same I-864 or...? Thanks
