Oh gosh… sorry to hear that! They sent my dad file from uscis to NVC on February 27! I thought uscis part was easiest! I don’t know what happened to your case! But mine got stuck at NVC ever since anyway! Although it looks like mine is ahead of you but still the same “waiting “ …

October 2020 filer, service center was originally Tecas but was moved to Nebraska (without telling me), no movement yet. Petitioner US citizen.

Is NVC having that much backlog of you need to submit some some doc cus I believe NVC should be faster

Sorry to hear that,  but I expect your case to get adjudicated by now they are processing December

I also sent the I-130 for my mother in November 2020 and until now no movement at all. Online they say they are working on cases submitted on December 21 2020. I called multiple times already and they just keep saying there is nothing that can be done. 

There is a step where you can file a writ of mandamus if your case is outside the processing times. You can Google it for more information.
