Guess you didn't read the answer in your other post.   You have to apply at a US University or Community College to get a student visa.   Find one that fits continuing your education from Pakistan.   Use your own initiative or at least use google.

Looks like an MBA program would fit your prior college degree.   You will need english proficiency tho.

A consultant is not going to get you a visa. You applying and being accepted to a college plus meeting all the requirements of a student visa, mainly funding, is what will get you a visa. I haven't looked through your other threads but from the previews it looks like you have close family members residing in the US which may be a problem getting a student visa as you may be suspected of immigrant intent (possibly correctly judging by the title of one of your other threads). If you want to actually immigrate hopefully your father has already filed a petition for you (if you are single).

There are unfortunately many "consultants" in Pakistan who claim to be able to secure visas if they are paid the tuition, fees, etc.  Unfortunately people in Pakistan are used to bureaucracy, and think that this will somehow help them.
