my question was most of Canadian Citizen issue.

As a Canadian Citizen, I am not required to have my passport stamped when I cross the Canada/US border into the United States by Land/Car. and do not require an I-94 arrival/departure record. I was inspected at the border and my Canadian passport was scanned by CBP officer and allowed to enter the US. No I-94 was received. I entered as a visitor and my point of last entry was Blaine, Washington on January 16, 2012.

Currently, I am going to file the I-130 and I-485 for US green Card. How can I do for this No I-94 Number to prove my last entry of USA?

There might be an I-94 record online.

Just to be clear, if you are filing I-485 and your last entry was 2012, then this means you never left the USA since entering 2012 correct?

If you go online, it will still show up. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search

Print that - Thats your I-94. That is what they want.

You can just put a note the date you entered and by land at where you crossed. They are well aware that many land crossings do not show up in the system. It's not an issue.
